At Stag Stop, we use a professionally applied, egg-based deer repellent designed to protect your valuable landscaping without harming the plants you want to preserve. Deer have an extremely sensitive sense of smell, and the natural proteins and compounds found in our egg-based formula create an odor and taste they find highly undesirable.

Is the repellent safe around my pets and kids?
Our formula is all-natural and egg-based, and it is safe for pets, people and plants when used as directed. Keep people and pets off treated areas until the product has dried, which usually takes two to three hours, or as directed on the label.
How often do you need to come back?
Most properties are treated every four to six weeks through the browsing season, and sooner after heavy rain or a flush of new growth. We also offer one-time, monthly and seasonal schedules. Seasonal is what we recommend for most properties.
Will this get rid of the deer completely?
No, and we will not tell you otherwise. Stag Stop is a deterrent service, not eradication. We make your plants unappealing so deer are encouraged to feed somewhere else. Results depend on deer pressure, weather and plant growth.
Does it smell?
There is a light odor right after application that fades as the product dries. Deer notice it long after people stop noticing it, which is exactly the point.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on property size and how much landscaping needs treatment, so we quote after a free on-site evaluation. There is no charge and no obligation for the estimate.
