These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover your use of StagStop.net (the "Site"), which is operated by Stag Stop ("we," "us" or "our"). They are separate from, and do not replace, the signed service agreement that governs any actual deer or rabbit repellent service we provide at your property.

Agreement to These Terms

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time, as described below.

Website Content Versus Your Service Agreement

Content on the Site, including service descriptions, service area pages, the blog and the FAQ, is provided for general information only. It is not an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to provide service. The specific scope, schedule, pricing and terms of any service you receive from Stag Stop are governed solely by the signed service agreement between you and Stag Stop. If anything on the Site conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

What Our Service Does, and Does Not, Do

Stag Stop provides a deterrent service, not eradication. Our all natural, egg based repellent is designed to make treated plants unappealing to deer and rabbits, encouraging them to feed elsewhere and helping reduce browsing damage. Results described on the Site are general. Actual results depend on deer and rabbit pressure in your area, weather, rainfall, how quickly plants grow between applications, and how consistently a treatment schedule is kept. We do not claim that deer or rabbits will be completely eliminated from any property, and nothing on the Site should be read as a promise of a specific outcome.

Our repellent is safe for pets, people and plants when used as directed. Keep people and pets off treated areas until the product has dried, as directed on the label.

Free Estimates and Scheduling

A free estimate is exactly that: a no obligation visit and a written estimate. It is not a contract. Service begins only after a service agreement is signed. Application dates are scheduled around weather, since the repellent must be applied to dry plants and allowed to dry, so scheduled visits may move when conditions require it. We will tell you when that happens.

Communications

When you submit a form or share your contact information with us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message and email about your request and any service you book, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Blog and Informational Content

Articles, guides and FAQ answers on the Site are general information about deer, rabbits, plants and landscaping. They are not professional horticultural, wildlife management, legal or safety advice for your specific situation, and they may not reflect conditions on your property. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful or that could damage, disable or interfere with it. In particular, you agree not to:

Submit false or misleading information through our forms
Use automated tools to scrape, copy or harvest content or contact information from the Site
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
Introduce viruses or other harmful code
Use the Site to send unsolicited communications

Intellectual Property

The Stag Stop name, logo, tagline and related marks belong to Stag Stop. All content on the Site, including text, design, photographs, video and graphics, belongs to Stag Stop or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non commercial use in deciding whether to hire us. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

Third Party Links and Services

The Site may link to other websites or use third party tools such as analytics, forms and maps. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy or practices of any third party site or service. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every description, service area page or article is complete, error free or up to date at all times, or that the Site will be available without interruption. Nothing in this section limits the obligations we take on in a signed service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stag Stop and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. This limitation applies to the Site only. Our responsibilities for any service we actually perform at your property are set out in your signed service agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Stag Stop harmless from any claim or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Stag Stop regarding the Site. They do not replace or modify any signed service agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Site, our services or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and changes are posted here. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
