Stag Stop, deer repellent services
Commercial property entrance landscaping of the kind Stag Stop treats for deer browsing

Commercial Properties & HOA Communities

Protect The Property Everyone Sees First.

Entrance beds, common areas and courtyards take the browsing damage first, and residents and customers notice before anyone else does. We build a treatment schedule around your property so the landscaping your budget paid for stays intact through the season.

Built For Managed Properties

Who We Work With

If deer browsing shows up on a property someone else manages, sees or maintains, we have probably already built a plan for it.

  • Office Parks
  • Apartment Communities
  • Condo Associations
  • HOA Common Grounds
  • Retail Centers
  • Senior Living Communities

Curb Appeal Is A Budget Line

Browsing Damage Costs A Managed Property Twice

Entrance beds and common areas are the first thing a resident sees coming home and the first thing a prospective tenant or customer sees pulling in. When deer strip those beds back, it reads as a maintenance problem even when it is not one.

It is also a recurring expense. Replanting the same entrance beds every season adds up fast, and it is a line item a property manager or board would rather avoid explaining twice. A consistent repellent schedule protects the plantings that are already budgeted for, instead of paying to replace them.

What We Treat

Every Area That Faces The Public

A commercial site has more exposed landscaping than a single yard. We treat the areas that carry the property's curb appeal.

  • Entrance Landscaping
  • Common Areas
  • Amenity Spaces
  • Courtyards
  • Perimeter Beds
  • Specialty Plantings

How A Community Account Runs

Set Up Once. Run All Season.

A managed property needs a plan the whole team can rely on, not a one-off visit. Here is how we set one up.

  1. Walk The Property

We walk the grounds with you or your maintenance lead to see the site the way your residents and visitors do.

  2. Map The High-Browse Areas

We note which entrances, beds and common areas are taking the heaviest browsing, so the plan targets what actually needs it.

  3. Set A Season Schedule

We build a recurring visit schedule for the season so treatment happens on a rhythm instead of a phone call every time something gets eaten.

  4. One Contact. Consistent Crews.

Your account gets a single point of contact and the same crews returning visit to visit, so the people on your property know who they are dealing with.

For Property Managers

What To Expect Day Of

Managing a property means coordinating a lot of vendors. Here is what a Stag Stop visit looks like operationally.

  • Scheduled visits. Treatments happen on the recurring schedule we set together, not on an unpredictable rotation.
  • Notice before treatment. You will know a visit is coming so you can pass along anything residents or tenants should know.
  • Drying time. Keep people and pets off treated areas until the product has dried, which usually takes two to three hours.
  • Safe for pets and plants when used as directed. Our formula is all-natural and egg-based, applied to the plantings, not to walkways or common seating areas.

Property Manager Questions

Before You Book A Site Visit

How much notice do residents get before a treatment visit?

We coordinate visit timing with your team so you can give residents or tenants whatever notice your community normally provides ahead of a landscaping or maintenance visit.

Do residents or pets need to stay off treated areas?

Yes. Keep people and pets off treated beds and common areas until the product has dried, which usually takes two to three hours. We treat plantings, not walking paths, seating areas or turf where people gather.

Can you coordinate with our existing landscaping contractor?

Yes. We schedule around your landscaping crew's visits so mowing, pruning and repellent applications do not conflict, and we can work directly with your maintenance lead or management company.

How is pricing handled for a community account?

Every property is different in size and layout, so we quote after a free on-site assessment of the grounds. There is no charge and no obligation for the walkthrough.
